DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, Rêve Lashes ships exclusively within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
All Rêve Lashes sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this to easily track your order's progress.
WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
If you've already checked your tracking and still haven’t received your order, please reach out directly to the courier service with your tracking number. They’ll assist you in locating your package. If you're unable to resolve the issue, don’t hesitate to contact us— we’re here to help!

DO RÊVE LASHES COME WITH GLUE?
Our lashes do not come with adhesive. However, our latex-free lash glue is available for purchase separately [here].

CUSTOMER CARE
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your order is shipped.
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges.
TERMS OF SERVICE
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Rêve Lashes is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We do not disclose information about our customers to third parties. All payments are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

I. PAYMENT TERMS
By submitting your payment, you authorize Jay Ariane Makeup to charge your credit or debit card as payment for your purchase according to the payment option selected at checkout.
You also agree that you are responsible for full payment, whether or not you attend or complete the course, and regardless of whether you select a lump sum or installment plan. A 15% interest rate will accrue on payments that are 3 days late.
II. CANCELLATION
Jay Ariane Makeup is committed to providing a positive experience for all participants. By submitting your payment, you agree that we may, at our discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any class without refund or forgiveness of payments if you become disruptive, fail to follow the class guidelines, or impede the experience of other participants or instructors.
Payments cannot be paused, suspended, or discontinued under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued.
Jay Ariane Makeup reserves the right to seek resolution of delinquent payments through a collections agency.
III. CONTINUATION
Installment payments will not automatically renew upon completion of the initial contract period or any subsequent period.
IV. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Your privacy is important to us. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to respect the privacy of fellow participants. All information shared by Jay Ariane Makeup, including proprietary and confidential materials, is exclusive to the company and may only be used for class discussions. The reproduction or distribution of any materials outside of the program is strictly prohibited.
V. REPRESENTATIONS
We strive to represent the class and its potential as accurately as possible. However, individual success is based on factors such as background, dedication, desire, and motivation. You acknowledge that there is no guarantee of success as a makeup artist and that your participation in this class is not a financial burden on you or your family.
VI. DISCLAIMER
The instructors at Jay Ariane Makeup are not qualified to provide legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. For inquiries related to these areas, please consult qualified professionals.
VII. ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Maryland State law, after at least 30 days of good faith negotiations. The arbitration award will be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
VIII. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal action will be brought in the Superior Court of Maryland, Prince George's County.
IX. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Jay Ariane Makeup’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid at the time of any claim, and will not exceed this amount under any circumstances.
X. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the complete understanding between you and Jay Ariane Makeup and supersedes any prior agreements.
